How to turn on Chat Bubbles?
If you dont fulfill them (i.e. BDTH a furniture placement plugin) the launcher still very much supports installing them and offers you the necessary tools to do so. It just simply doesn't recommend them to you and you probably wont get any support on the dalamud discord(depends).

By default, they go on the wall. You can put them on the floor if you're on PC using some extra help.

https://github.com/LeonBlade/BDTHPlugin Basically let’s you place furniture, inside or exterior, anywhere in 3D space, with some limits. This is definitely the most TOS breaking plug-in I use and requires the most “discretion” so to speak.

There's also PositionalAssistant which seems to be similar but new, with a descriptive name and in active development. Probably worth keeping an eye on that for when Resonant actually breaks and doesn't just need an API level bump.
