Outside of main plugins that are avaliable by default i found ingame fflogs checker useful. From main plugins simpletweaks, damage info, rez pls, engage timer. market board plugin, item search, reset enmity command are all a must for me, although I have a lot of other stuff as well but I could do without it.
Also recently switched to penumbra from textools cause I wanted to use this and it's actually so much better being able to manage everything ingame. The only thing that sucks about it is not being able to disable individual modpack files which is why I use some textool stuff still.
The first one is called Simple Tweaks and Orchestrion should be there too. Reaction and DelvUI are not in the main repository I believe. You would get those by finding their github page like https://github.com/UnknownX7/ReAction and following the instructions.

https://github.com/zhudotexe/FFXIV_PaissaHouse This scans wards for open plots for you automatically as you click through them and notifies you if someone else using the plug-in has found one too. Usually faster than housing discords.
https://github.com/Eternita-S/AntiAfkKick Just prevents you from being kicked from the timer. It’s either this or AHK scripts.
https://github.com/LeonBlade/BDTHPlugin Basically let’s you place furniture, inside or exterior, anywhere in 3D space, with some limits. This is definitely the most TOS breaking plug-in I use and requires the most “discretion” so to speak.
Do you want a simple fight timer, or do you want something that actually shows you what raid buffs are up, for how long, or when they'll be off CD? There's plenty that can do that, including mine. Pic of what the CD/buff tracker looks like. Does a lot more too, but you can just disable whatever you don't want.
