BBS-BBB-Ada VS ASFML

I had a similar problem trying to use them using Ada. The solution that I found used the /sys filesystem (though u/excogitatio below says that that's deprecated). If you're willing to wade through Ada code, you may find other interesting things in that project.

I picked up a MCP4725 I2C DAC and an ADS1015 I2C ADC from AdaFruit and plan to write drivers for them for my personal driver library (as a side note, if anyone wants to move any of these to the Ada Driver Library, feel free). I am thinking of using these to add another module to my Raspberry Pi Mainframe Simulator so that I can have some knobs and a meter doing important looking things.

Unfortunately, Ada is not used for professional game development, but it will probably help a single developer to develop a bug-free game more than C++. For a 2D game, one good option as toolkit is the binding to SFML.

Have you followed the instructions in ASFML to make it work? The easiest way is to import the library using Alire.

I resurrected an abandoned binding to SFML and updated it to version 2.5. I finally made so many changes to the Ada API, that I can consider it my own work, and have the joy to see it used by other people.

The Ada binding to the Simple and Fast Multimedia Library has released a new version compatible with SFML v2.5.
