Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Powershell over Terraform
Lot of good comments here, but no one mentioned a MS attempt to create IaC too of Azure, called AzOps.

Is there a way to see the difference between two arm templates?
Maybe https://github.com/Azure/AzOps to export for both companies and use PowerShell or something to iterate through both locations and write diffs to files. Then it would be a matter of going through each diff file
