Good source of open source browser extensions?
Is there some decently comprehensive list that I'm just missing here, because it really feels like there should be but I just can't find one. I mean when there is a page like this for linux software, I'd have to imagine there would be something similar for extensions for the most popular browser engine in the world, but I just can't find one.

Your take on this? I know why they do it, but should i be forced to install an OS i don't like just to get support for my hardware? Are there any hardware component manufacturers that support linux?
For desktops and laptops there are only a couple like https://system76.com/desktops but you will pay extra because they have their own firmware designed for linux and are much smaller than big OEMs.
