Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

- An extension that auto-stops youtube videos when I switch to another site
- Is there any addons where I can set it so whenever I play new audio/video in new tab, it will automatically pause any sound from other tabs then resuming it when I'm done?

There's probably an extension for your browser of choice. Here's one for Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autopause/

Is there any way to set day and night theme automatically by time on firefox?
The latest version of that extension uses a new feature that will be introduced in Firefox 95. That's why it requires Firefox 95 now. Reference

Set/Force Theme via AutoConfig
Interesting. AutoConfig can do some pretty complex stuff, so I feel like it could probably still override it if configured properly. I tried reading the code for this extension that changes the theme based on a set time, but I'm no javascript expert and wasn't able to determine how it does this.
What are some alternatives?
