How to best reuse code or make multiple substitutions within one node
I'm specifically interested in examples where a single ESP is responsible for controlling multiple elements of the same type. Using this example, they've written the same binary_sensor, switch, and cover because they're controlling 2 garage doors. Would there be a good way for them to define a generic garage door with their pullups and timers defined, and then they would only need to specify the name and GPIO number?
What are some alternatives?
