What is the fix to this, this happens on some servers not all example saicopvp
Use a different client like Inertia, Impact, Meteor, or Wurst. They're all free clients and if you want a music player, you can install Python and run AudioLine. Why am I recommending different clients? Because Sigma was abandoned by its developers and is no longer supported, as far as I know.

rsgain - Syntax - need help
I think it was this version that I used. You don't need to install it from a repo, just install the dependencies, which you might already have, and use pip as instructed.
- Looking for a program that will examine a folder full of mp3s or flacs and list out ones with lower or higher than average volume
