There is also ArkPlanner implementation (Thanks to its official API) which is similar to planner.penguin-stats.io, but instead of entering how many you need, you can add operators to the list and let the app calculate materials for them.

Yeah chapter 8 dropped some massive bombs, it will be awesome once it finally reaches Global. When it comes to translations of anything related to Arknights, RIHQ's discord server is the best place to find them most of the time (I don't remember where I found the link to join so I'll leave the invite here). To be more specific, if you go to the pinned messages in the #lore-main channel under the Arknights section you'll find this document compiling ch 8 and all the other TLs/transcriptions.
