I have my own custom install scripts I use for a few programs that aren't easily managed with a package repository. https://github.com/AquaMorph/dotfiles/blob/master/scripts/installers/bitwig-install.sh The end is what would be useful to you. Basically I use alien to convert the .deb file to .rpm and then forcefully install the converted package. I also fix an audio shared library that gave me issues in the past.
