New to openSUSE
XFCE uses GTK toolkit and Discover uses QT tookit. So installing Discover may install a lot of KDE libraries and parts of Plasma desktop, which may prove redundant in your system. Instead I would suggest App Outlet.

Please make Flatpaks easier to install
Integrating flatpaks in Software Center may take a while. Until then you can try AppOutlet. It is available as AppImage here: https://github.com/app-outlet/app-outlet/releases

Help Linux Flatpak Installation Error
Hard to tell, because the size of the deb package seems to match what was updated four days ago. It may be an issue with FlatHub at the moment, which again is hard to fully discern due to the status page not working for a while now.

Why does flathub.org use Google Analytics?
Looks like they're already using it (instance hosted by GNOME), currently in addition to Google Analyticts. So removing the later may be even planned. Anyway, tracked here.
