SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
When searching for an application that is not on flathub, flathub will always show all apps as result, instead of none. Try it yourself: go on flathub.org, search for "hamsket" or "timeshift" for example. Both are not on flathub, but both search terms will give you 1302 results, the total number of applications on there. Mildly annoying. Not sure where to report this bug, so I thought I'll just leave it here. Let me know if there is a better place!
