emuiibo on firmware 13.2.0 and atmosphere 1.2.5
I don't know how to bulk convert bin files, but I found that amiigo makes it very easy to create the files needed for emuiibo right on the Switch.

I’m not paying 100$ for Zelda figures
Here you go, dev just updated last week. Delete all your old overlays and reinstall them with their latest versions. Personally I get crashes trying to use it in docked mode but absolutely flawless in handheld.
- Emuiibo tutorial? The rest of this title is filler due to the minimum character requirement, lol.

Help with stuck date to use amiibos
Hmm, not sure what the process was that caused the date in game to get turned like that. Otherwise you could reinstalling a fresh copy. Or you could use something like this with random UUID enabled
