RG351V OpenSimHardware OSH PB controller (4617/12544) not configured
If that doesn't work, you could try manually flashing an older version of Amberelec
- Have one on the way

Rg351p on the way, joining the übernerd club, nice!
351elec is now amberelec, and yes, it can run ports. Actually, I think it's better than ArkOS now, much more intuitive, so I recommend you that one.

RG351V help
It also sounds like you might be better served with Amberelec: https://amberelec.org/
- So I got this today at a swap meet is brand new but the problem it didn’t have the SD card or anything is there a website or something I can use to re install the firmware on my own SD card?
-
Can someone recommend a new OS?
I was in your place few months ago and I installed Amberelec. It's much better now, in my opinion.

RG351P won´t boot AmberElec/351Elec
Might seem kinda too obvious but are you sure you have the correct img for the correct device? Did you download from "new installations" or "upgrade" or "assets"? https://github.com/AmberELEC/AmberELEC/releases/tag/20230203

RetroRun on Amberelec Panda Conspiracy (20230323-0731)? How do I access it?
The Retrorun and Retroarch Yabasanshiro cores were removed on Mar 12, 2022 because performance with them is much worse than Yabasanshiro Stand Alone.

Retroarch website down (hacked)
We'll deal with it. Looks like it's just the web host, so not that big of a deal. docs.libretro.com and buildbot.libretro.com should still be fine.

Cheats for 3DS retroarch?
So, what have you tried for the cheats? Did you make sure the core you're using is compatible with RetroArch's cheats (you can find this information on the cores' pages at docs.libretro.com)?
-
Opinions on fixing some issues
Sure. You can send PRs to the docs repo https://github.com/libretro/docs/
- Bios files not showing up anywhere not even in download folder where they are
-
Are Flycast and Saturn emulators not working?
A log would tell us more, but did you do any of the required setup for those cores? They need BIOS images to function. See the cores' pages on docs.libretro.com for more details.
-
How do you keep up with which cores are fastest, most accurate, etc?
Emulation Wiki and Libretro docs.
-
