If that doesn't work, you could try manually flashing an older version of Amberelec

Rg351p on the way, joining the übernerd club, nice!
351elec is now amberelec, and yes, it can run ports. Actually, I think it's better than ArkOS now, much more intuitive, so I recommend you that one.

RG351V help
It also sounds like you might be better served with Amberelec: https://amberelec.org/
- So I got this today at a swap meet is brand new but the problem it didn’t have the SD card or anything is there a website or something I can use to re install the firmware on my own SD card?

Can someone recommend a new OS?
I was in your place few months ago and I installed Amberelec. It's much better now, in my opinion.

RG351P won´t boot AmberElec/351Elec
Might seem kinda too obvious but are you sure you have the correct img for the correct device? Did you download from "new installations" or "upgrade" or "assets"? https://github.com/AmberELEC/AmberELEC/releases/tag/20230203

RetroRun on Amberelec Panda Conspiracy (20230323-0731)? How do I access it?
The Retrorun and Retroarch Yabasanshiro cores were removed on Mar 12, 2022 because performance with them is much worse than Yabasanshiro Stand Alone.

just got 351v and they might be putting bios files in individual ROM folders now
I'd strongly recommend getting and setting up your own OS on the unit before you get too settled into whatever they shipped it to you with. Retrogamecorps has a great guide, a little outdated, but you should be able to figure it out, if not ask for help here. AmberElec (previously known as 351elec) is a great full-featured choice, though personally I prefer the lean, less-frills Jelos. Both have great support communities behind them on the web and Discord if you need help.
