This is my Space Exploration 0.5 base after around 250 hours. I started in December 2020 of the Alt-F4 public SE server inspired me. I've completed all four tiers of the four space sciences, and they all fit in my lovely Doughnut Base (TM). And I must admit, Space Exploration has probably been the most fun I've had in a Factorio playthrough. The mechanics, logitistic puzzles, feeling of exploration, graphics, and pure design. It could just as well be the official expansion of Factorio. Well done Earendel for truely creating a masterpiece!

You have my interest! As for the modpack info, I think we can put together an article in Alt-F4 about it sometime, as it is definitely stuff that everyone is interested in.

Hi all! I'm currently writing a piece for Alt-F4 about how Factorio (and other similar games) have inspired me to go into STEM, specifically robotic engineering. For the piece, I would love to know if you have any stories about how Factorio has inspired you to study STEM further, helped you pick a future career or even just impacted your current job.

This might make for an interesting section of some ALT-F4 article!

When I start building interstellar solar fields I'll be sure to give you some criticism... from looking at the mod portal page I'd say it looks pretty good. Its not immediately obvious what the arrow buttons do (and the black arrows don't look very good), but maybe I just don't understand the specifics of the problem being solved. Perhaps the overall styling could be improved but I don't know how exactly (https://github.com/raiguard/Factorio-SmallMods/wiki/GUI-Style-Guide is very helpful and would suggest that the content should be in an inner frame).
