I am not seeing AirportBrcmFixup or BrcmPatchRAM in Kexts folder or in the Kernel -> Add link.

Has anyone experience with this card? What drivers are needed in windows, and what kind of configuration is needed in opencore for the bluetooth to work? Ofc im using AirportBrcmFixup and BrcmPatchRAM

It is supported. You need this and this kext.

You will need this kext loaded to change regions. You can set the region with a device property or boot flag.

DW1820a capped at 300mbps
You are using OpenCore so the info on GitHub might not be helpful to your but maybe worth a read. Keep in mind, there are quite a few versions of the WiFI card.
