It appears that the Mario Kart 64 decompilation is in progress. In a matter of months to years, it may be ready as well.

I made the Rainbow Bridge from the Marvel movies using shader graph for a game jam :D
Or mod the MK64 decompile to use RTX. (Someone's already done it for Super Mario 64!)

Mario kart 64 for nds
SM64 was ported to the DSi (and other consoles) after years of work put into decompiling the original source code. The team behind this project are also working on a lot of other N64 titles which also includes MK64 (see https://github.com/n64decomp/mk64). It's not finished yet, but I am pretty sure that when it's finished, someone will port it to the DSi as well.
