We are mostly using Aegisub DC, which is a still maintained fork of Aegisub (Currently using 9212 since the newest one has a dealbreaking bug). Though recently there has been some activity on the main repo, so hopefully there will be an official new version soon.

They're all made using Aegisub, actually, and you can find my sauce comment for the source file. I only use Blender for motion tracking.
