Getting YouTube-Agent to link description and video thumbnails to Plex
I have Plex linked to ZeroQI's YouTube-Agent.bundle and ZeroQI's Absolute Series Scanner.
- I have two versions of the show Friends, one the DVD version, the other Blu-ray. They have different cuts so I want to keep them separate.

Artwork / Posters to Personal Videos?
you have to use "Absolute Series Scanner" with "Youtube Series" agent. Both of them are available on GitHub.

Help setting up metadata for One Piece? I've used FileBot to rename the episodes, and put them into their respective season folders by Arc according to TMDB, but Plex still refuses to organize them in any way i can conceivably understand. Somehow season 1 has 160 episodes? Help!

Anime and absolute ordering
jokes aside, as why to it might be a hit and miss with the ordering using hama: afaik when the anime only has one season info is being pulled from anidb, as where to when it has multiple it pulls from tvdb by default. im not the biggest fan of absolute ordering but where i did it (naruto and bleach for example) it does work. ASS has a table on how to force it.

I don't want to move from TheTVDB , how do i remove this notification?
If you have an Anime library, you really need to be using HAMA/ASS.

FlixPatrol has gone premium, any alternative for PlexMetaManager?
Digging into it more and more I discovered the FlixPatrol option to get the tops from the mainstream providers, and I know for sure this would be much appreciated among my users, as well as myself to be honest. I got very hyped by it, only to discover that due to a recent change of policy from FlixPatrol, support for it is being dropped.

Convenient way to enter a lot (100s of episodes) of TV metadata?

Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a pirates life for me!! Recent streaming services, prices and shows getting butchered, finally decided its time. Here's how a basic self-hosted 'Netflix' would look like. Fully automated once its setup. Using only a makeshift homelab server from second hand parts.

Metadata question - what happens when you modify file locations or upgrade movie to a higher quality version?
You then want to make a single movie library that uses the /Movies path. That way when movies are "upgraded" you don't have to have that new library download new metadata. Plex natively doesn't have auto collection creation but you can use something like Plex Meta Manager. I'd try to figure it out using their wiki but if you can't or need help they seem to have a discord. Just quickly looking you can make collections by resolution so I assume there is some way to base it on audio type.

Best programs to use alongside Plex?
Plex Meta Manager (GitHub) for some automated library organization. This one has been a long process. It's a steep learning curve when you're first starting out, but my suggestion is to pick ONE feature and start there. That is, "I want a collection of the IMDb Top 250 Movies" and learn how to implement that, then move on to another feature you want to add. Currently, I have overlays for streaming services, audio quality, and video quality, plus collections for IMDb, award winners, filmmakers, actors, and production companies.

Easier/external playlist creation?
The default playlist config (referred to as PMM: playlist) has the following viewing order playlists pre-configured.
What are some alternatives?
Hama.bundle - Plex HTTP Anidb Metadata Agent (HAMA)
XBMCnfoMoviesImporter.bundle
YouTube-Agent.bundle - Plex Metadata Agent for Movies and TV Series libraries
Plex-Auto-Collections - Python 3 script to automatically update Plex collections based off a configuration file
WebTools.bundle - WebTools is a collection of tools for Plex Media Server. Like the Unsupported AppStore (UAS)
radarr-collections - Movie discovery tool for Radarr to follow Movie Collections and People's work.
tubesync - Syncs YouTube channels and playlists to a locally hosted media server
plugins - Plugins and shell scripts for integrating 3rd party tools with FileBot
Lambda.bundle - Local Media Export, a reverse Plex 'Local Media Assets' agent to export metadata locally
TubeSync-NFO-Agent.bundle - A plex metadata agent for TubeSync's NFO Files
plex-utills - Manage your Plex library automatically
