If they don't have an RSS link there's a github page https://github.com/AboutRSS/ALL-about-RSS and there's a way to code it, but, I am lazy. There's also aggregators but they require accounts (and I'm anti-accounts rn).

There hasn't been a lot of players in this area lately, perhaps you should take a look to this Awesome RSS https://github.com/AboutRSS/ALL-about-RSS.
Self hosting TTRSS and using the API to access it from third party software could be a solution if you don't like the official TTRSS web client.

Depending upon the type of content, one might want to look into using the Readability (Browder's reader view) to parse the webpage. It will give you all the useful info without the junk. Then you can put it in the DB as needed.
