I'm dumb and don't know how World Info work.
Someone said that AIDCAT doesn't work anymore due to the change in AID's format, so I think it may be something similar. Tbh, I downloaded all my stuff a long time ago so not sure about recent changes.

Anybody know a good way to import stories from AI Dungeon?
You can use this to grab the scenarios from you account... it's kind of a pain to setup and then segregate to individual scenarios though. https://github.com/CuriousNekomimi/AIDCAT

Just adding to 3.: You can use AIDCAT to export all your stories from AID and then import them to NAI.

Can't do story any longer due to shadowban
I'm glad your shadowban was fixed, but back up your story ASAP. The devs have shown a willingness to ban people with no warning, and given their financial situation you probably don't want your story's existence to rely on their servers. Question about importing scenarios from AIDungeon.
Last I checked, you could download World Info from AID using the "Download" button at the top right of AID's World Info screen (only on the web version), and import it into NAI. As for exporting scenarios over to NAI, I know AIDScrapper exists. Not 100% sure if it still works, but it's at least more up-to-date than AIDCat (which I assume is what you mean by "AIC"?), and was literally made because of AIDCat having been made incompatible with AID after an AID update back in 2021.
