4koma 0.4.0 released
I just released version 0.4.0 of 4koma, a spec-compliant, no-nonsense TOML library for Kotlin/JVM. The big highlight of this release is that 4koma now supports serialization of TOML documents and decoding of arbitrary types into TOML.
