Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Full guide on How to Setup StreetPass Mii Plaza on Citra
I believe the streetpass feature is stubbed so it doesn't really work in the way of Streepass 2 Rise from the Ashes. I've been able to extract the streetpass files from the googlesheet by using this. Unfortunately when I put the files in the Citra user directory, it's not detected. I've gotten around this by doing this on my 3DS and transferring the Streetpass Plaza save file to Citra.

Need help with Mario Kart7, I already own it but I want to digitally download it......but
I can't remember if this specific method also copies your save game for you, so if the save game doesn't appear on the digital copy, you can use Checkpoint or JKSM to copy your save game from the cartridge to the installed version. You won't lost your save data.

My first attempt to make a ribbon master has failed.
I assume based on your cfw comments you already backup your ds/3ds games, but for anyone googling or searching this reddit in the future... TWLSaveTool can backup your DS games. 3ds has Checkpoint or JKSM. You need homebrew or a cfw 3ds for these.

You can make saves for your games, in case you don't want to lose your progress, I used JKSM (Download here) there are some guides on the internet that can guide you. (Have these saved files in your pc, just in case)

If you still want the option though, you can hack your 3DS and use JKSM to delete save data.
