As for VOCs, even PLA releases them. A popular mod have been the Nevermore, a recirculating air filtration system that uses activated charcoal to eliminate a great deal of the VOC released during printing. That's the Nevermore Micro recirculating air filter, https://github.com/0ndsk4/VoronUsers/tree/0ndsk4/printer_mods/0ndsk4/Nevermore_Air_Filter/Nevermore_Micro . It uses two fans and a small bucket of activated charcoal for effective and cheap filtering of the VOCs and odor given out when printing ABS etc. It is very effective in heating up the build chamber as well.

Maybe it works ok with caulk + internal HEPA, f.x. Nevermore micro and exhaust to the outside at the end.

But my printhead front keeps deforming near the heatblock (part cooling air nozzle).

go straight for the Stealthburner toolhead instead of Afterburner, my guess is SB will become the stock setup soon anyway.

Thanks for the info but I did not managed to find help in those documents related to my issue. There was a identical problem described here https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/issues/6 and it was rejected although there are more users with the same issue

No, the printer is not the extruder. Printer HAS extruder with gears from bondtech. And no, mk3s has the same problem as other printers with direct dual gears extruder. Ofc if mk3s is a most used printer, most people will have problems with mk3s. For example voron has the same issue https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/issues/6

You can still use existing bowden adapter instead of Clockwork https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/tree/afterburner/STLs/Bowden Stealthburner is just the fan assembly and a hotend mount.
