Why does my printhead front deform?
But my printhead front keeps deforming near the heatblock (part cooling air nozzle).

Prusa Reliability in a Trident - Decisions...
go straight for the Stealthburner toolhead instead of Afterburner, my guess is SB will become the stock setup soon anyway.

First print Z ? problem
Thanks for the info but I did not managed to find help in those documents related to my issue. There was a identical problem described here https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/issues/6 and it was rejected although there are more users with the same issue

Prusa MK3s+ vs Ender 3 S1 Pro w/ Sonicpad
No, the printer is not the extruder. Printer HAS extruder with gears from bondtech. And no, mk3s has the same problem as other printers with direct dual gears extruder. Ofc if mk3s is a most used printer, most people will have problems with mk3s. For example voron has the same issue https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/issues/6

Stealthburner mount
You can still use existing bowden adapter instead of Clockwork https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner/tree/afterburner/STLs/Bowden Stealthburner is just the fan assembly and a hotend mount.

Poll: SKR Mini E3 V3.0 or CR Touch
Also in this case I link you a video presentation: https://youtu.be/lmJkIXW5tXc And the page with the resources: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Afterburner In this case the assembly instructions are not there because there is a chapter about it in the assembly manuals of all the different voron printers. Like if you look at the one here, at page 72 of the manual you will find the instructions specifically for the afterburner and you can ignore the rest: https://vorondesign.com/voron_switchwire

Voron 2.4 stopped working
I found my drivers getting too hot for my liking (more a reliability concern long term) so I added some fans with this mod

Serial Request for dancat #8752
They are the standard trident parts, I only changed the front idlers to the ramalama ones (https://github.com/Ramalama2/Voron-2-Mods/tree/main/Front_Idlers), used a Mantis toolhead (https://github.com/VoronDesign/VoronUsers/tree/master/printer_mods/Long/Mantis_Dual_5015) and modified the AB drive lower STL's, the Idler lower STL's and the XY Joints STLS's to accommodate the linear rails. I had to do these modifications because my horizontal extrusions were 310mm and not the 320mm needed for a trident 200x200.

THE FILTER Mod
I was eyeing this to give myself a purge bucket and tidy up my wiring. https://github.com/Ramalama2/Voron-2-Mods/tree/main/Mandalaroseworks/BedPan

How does one know what is the best configuration to build?
I went with the Stealthburner with CW2 instead of the AB with CW1. I also did CAN and went with the EBB36. I had planned to do the normal cable chains, but ended up switching to an umbilical for the extruder and chain for the Y (endstop board). I also did the AB Idler mod as I've seen a lot of people post problems with the stock one splitting at the tension bolt. I also did not use the stock induction sensor and went with a CR-Touch. The CR Touch mod does require a modifcation to the single MGN-12 carriage. I have my modified STLs/F3D files if you're interested. I had the klicky (unklicky) mod for a while but had issues with heat causing the gantry mount to shift ever so slightly where I had mounting problems when warm. I've got about 150 hours of printing on the CR touch so far with no issues. I also did the purge/wipe bucket as well. At some point, I will likely do the pin mod and change the umbilical mod to this one and relocate the X endstop the print carriage and Y endstop the A drive mount. I also swapped out the door hinges after a few hours.

- I get chatter from the the top idler unless I set the stepper at an angle.

Belt rubbing on a 2.4
I printed this mod and it's been great for my printer
- If your building an Voron. Definitely print these front idler mods. My stock ones were chewing through AB belts. Link in the comments
