You could try seeing what Google Play serves you if you're on WSA. WSA doesn't ship with Google Play by default, obviously, but it's not too difficult to integrate it. I haven't added Google Play to my PC's WSA build yet, though, which is why I tried the Android Studio emulator first.
There a plenty of Android emulators on Windows. There is also Windows Subsystem for Android with Amazon Appstore or WSABuilds with Magisk & Google Playstore.

it's actually possible (unofficially of course) to run WSA on Windows 10, using WSAPatch (see here for precompiled files)
Project mention: (WSA) Cannot update magisk and cannot install magisk modules | /r/Windows11 | 2023-09-24So I downloaded the build with Magisk Delta from here: Release Windows Subsystem For Android: Windows 11 x64 (Windows_11_WSA_2307.40000.5.0_x64) · MustardChef/WSAMagiskDelta · GitHub
And/but one may still prefer to build his own versions locally via MagiskOnWSALocal. And in the case of the WSA Preview builds which this project can't access on it's own*, MustardChef/WSAPackages shares these too.
