I think for these use case a SSH server in Go would be way simpler such as https://github.com/gliderlabs/ssh
It's rather for access control with like, 50+ clients. Possibly with access control. I'm currently testing with warpgate

https://github.com/mholt/caddy-l4 and https://github.com/kadeessh/kadeessh can do SSH forwarding.
This, and if you want stable tunnels may I suggest my own tool? https://github.com/ferama/rospo I use it every day to tunnel rdp connections that are behind NAT. Is a setup and forget, it always keep the connection up
