Classes can be defined more than once in different files. Here ESLint unfortunately can not help, because it works only with one file. So for that another tool was created - vkcn-report-duplicated-class-selectors. It checks that no identical classes satisfying the vue kebab naming convention are defined in multiple files (currently .css, .scss, .vue are supported).
