I use Seoulbines from https://github.com/mcchrish/zenbones.nvim I barely see it mentioned, but I love it
I second this, use been using Gruvbox for the past couple of weeks on everything: nvim, browser, iTerm2, Obsidian and even wallpaper and won't be going back any time soon.
You can always try one of those minimal black-and-white themes with only greyed comments and cursor; I think I like Mies.vim the best for that.
