Top 5 graph-library Open-Source Projects

  • plotly

The interactive graphing library for Python :sparkles: This project now includes Plotly Express!

  • Project mention: Yes, Python and Matplotlib can make pretty charts | news.ycombinator.com | 2024-04-16
  • Plotly.NET

interactive graphing library for .NET programming languages :chart_with_upwards_trend:

  • Project mention: Exploratory Data Analysis with F#, Plotly.NET, and ML.NET DataFrames | dev.to | 2023-12-25

There are many charting options for .NET in a Polyglot Notebook, including ScottPlot, the older XPlot Library, and Plotly.NET. I'm a big fan of Plotly for data visualization in Python, so I choose it when I can in other languages too. However, Plotly.NET is also becoming the defacto standard for data visualization in .NET notebooks.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • Rgl

RGL is a framework for graph data structures and algorithms in Ruby.

  • grand

Your favorite Python graph libraries, scalable and interoperable. Graph databases in memory, and familiar graph APIs for cloud databases.

  • Project mention: Show HN: In-memory graph "database" with NetworkX and openCypher | news.ycombinator.com | 2023-10-30

Cypher is a super useful language for querying graph structures, but sometimes it's overkill to load a tiny graph into Neo4j or memgraph. We wrote this tool to act as an abstraction layer so you can query in-memory graph data -- or, using [Grand](https://github.com/aplbrain/grand), rewrite Cypher queries to run on SQLite dbs or even other graph databases that don't support Cypher out of the box. Hoping it'll be helpful to those in the network theory, graph ML, and data science communities!
