Nightwatch which will prompt to create a boilerplate framework specifically for Mobile / TV apps.
While many ways to write scalable Node.js applications exist, all narrow down to the underlying architecture. However, common hurdles in Node.js include serving static files, task scheduling, and utilizing available resources. To combat these, you can use a tactical approach. Because serving static assets with Node.js takes CPU time, a proxy content delivery network like CloudFront should help fix it. Recurring tasks need to fire events, which isn’t reliable with setTimeout or setInterval. As a solution, you can use a task scheduler framework like agenda.js. To handle resource utilization, you can use the cluster feature in Node.js, which listens to ports, accepts new connections, and distributes them across workers with built-in smarts to avoid overloading the process.
If you want to compile/run specific lines of code (not the whole project), my plugin sniprun should be worth a look
Project mention: Practical Tips for Refactoring Release CI using GitHub Actions | dev.to | 2023-08-17Introduce a Pre Job for Allocate Runners: Allocate Runners is the first executed job that allocates Runners and creates global Version markers for the following Job. For instance, if we choose to use EC2, Allocate Runners Job will allocate EC2 instances of the corresponding platform through the EC2 API (implemented by the ec2-github-runner Action). In the future, we plan to incorporate more sophisticated selection algorithms to allocate Runners, with the aim of optimizing the costs of Runner allocation.
