New Ruby Audio/Video Library on the Horizon
Ruby has some nice use within film post production in SOME use in film post production already. Notably dcp_inspect (https://github.com/wolfgangw/backports) is written in Ruby. But yeah, the idea is sort of to put Ruby in a dominant position for this sort of thing. I think there is so much that meshes well here. Especially using it along with Rake.
