Are there any split/ergonomic keyboards with TKL layout?
Prebuilt nope, but there's an open source project you can replicate, Jurassic73.

3d printed split 89
It took me about 2 weeks start to finish. I spent the majority of my free time working on it and printing the parts. I freaking LOVE IT. It's an ergonomic split 89 key and it blows my mind that I made it from scratch. I found it on Prusa's 3d printing models and did a major deep dive into the world of mechanical keyboards. Jurassic73's github is https://github.com/jurassic73/split89; he designed it, uploaded the free STL files, and wrote an incredibly detailed tutorial with 3 videos on YT. Amazing work by him. I have zero experience in electronics or building a mechanical keyboard, so he taught me everything I know about it and this thing is a DREAM to type on and work with (wfh data analyst.)

Current progress on my 3D printed tube frame modular case version 2.0
I noted that this is a 3d printed base for a keyboard ( https://github.com/jurassic73/split89 ) while the majority of it's makeup is 3d printed. But calling something 3d printed had me assuming all of it was 3d printed vs a majority of it qualifying it as 3d printed. Used to confuse me a lot until I understood what 3d printing did. :)

Keyboard Builders' Digest // Issue 80
I've been loving your dives into the different matrix wiring, so much so I bought a bunch of RP2040-Zeros to make some insane boards. The Cocot46plus being the latest. I'm attempting boards based on the split89 layout but with the round-robin matrix. Thanks Tamás for KBD, you're the best!

[QMK] Layers/MO(1) seems to just not work?
I based my split keyboard loosely on handwired/split89, though I've made several modifications. Link: https://github.com/jurassic73/split89

I like my numberpad.
And tilde and esc in their usual location. Had the same issue with a 60/65% split. Ended up designing and building this https://github.com/jurassic73/split89
