  You may want to take a look at wabbajack, an automated installer for mod lists, check out septimus and dragonborn, two excellent mod lists. Don't know if it'll work on steam deck though.

  If you don't want to mess with your own patching and stuff, I'd recommend Septimus. That list is vanilla+ and runs great on most hardware.

  I only have a couple dozen or so hours of experience with it, but Septimus 4 offers more or less everything you listed there while offering a performance friendly but good looking experience.

  Check out the Septimus readme and the Arisen readme. Personally, I find Septimus to be pretty and very performant, while Arisen is more realistic looking, somewhat heavier, and fun in a more challenging way.
