  It's all about repositories. When you use the Kodi Interface, it shows you a list of skins that are in all your current repositories, starting with the Kodi repository. The skin, Titan Bingie Mod has it's own repository. As Rabtheman pointed out, you need to be careful what you put on a firestick. Kodi is already a beast of an app so a firestick is like pulling a small trailer with an SUV. You can do it, but if you put too much into Kodi, you can end up pulling a 40 foot RV.

  I reread your post and stated that you've been dealing with this for "a long time" Any chance it's been about two weeks ago? The reason why I ask is because I looked at the Titan Bingie Mod repo, https://github.com/AchillesPunks/repository.titan.bingie.mod If that's where you obtained the skin from. He/she has made changes two weeks ago & recently. Has it worked correctly before, never worked before or it just started maybe "two weeks" ago after updating...
