I can only speak on some of your questions since I'm new to the program at the moment myself, but have similar years experience in industry. Workload will vary a lot depending on the class you take, as you can probably imagine. I'm planning on taking only one class a semester for the next few years. I work full time and have other commitments, so I just need to be realistic with my availability. Recently, I created a website to enable OMS students to see the reviews of the different courses (https://awaisrauf.github.io/omscs_reviews/). After that, another student also developed a reviews website. Such efforts should be appreciated and encouraged as a healthy competition in frontend will lead to better experience for all of us.

Please, this is death by committee. The project has been taken over by people who have no idea what they're doing. A random student threw this up in no time at all. In the meantime, the "official" project has wasted its time creating a discord server with ~40 sub-channels and debating legal boiler plate. New students are going to bear the brunt of this nonsense because everyone else basically has the course ratings memorized at this point.
