Alternate Leveling Mod - Having Issues with Madd Leveler and NCDG
Many mods that work with OpenMW will not work with tes3mp. The game is designed to be played by one person and the way script variables are tracked both in the base game and in mods is inherently not going to work in tes3mp. There's a version of NCGD tweaked for tes3mp here but I can't guarantee it works as it's been a few years since it was updated.
