Search Anywhere - Adds a search bar that can be used to quickly search through the list of sheets, journals, items, etc.

PF 1e characters in Foundry VTT
The other module I would most recommend is Search Anywhere. Being able to just type a few letters of the creature/feat/item you want to add is a lot quicker than having to dig through the voluminous compendiums.

importing all
I use search anywhere https://gitlab.com/riccisi/foundryvtt-search-anywhere I didn't see anything saying it was D&D 5e only. If you give your players access to the relevent compendium they can then quickly search for what they need and add it to their sheets.

Tips for organization?
For example let's say you wanted to find an NPC, where would you expect to find it? In my world important NPC's are actors, and unimportant NPC's are noted in journals for the town they live in. Now how do you find it? If it's an important NPC, you may have a folder in your actor's tab for NPC's with subfolders. You could also use a module like Search Anywhere (SA) to easily pull it up. For unimportant NPC's however you'd either need to know what journal they're in or use a module like Monk's Enanced Journal (MEJ) to find them.
