How do I implement +2 advantage instead of rolling 2 dice?
If you're looking to automate it (5e), I used DFreds Convenient Effects to do it, it's really easy to set up once you understand how the theme works. Basically, what I did was an effect that you activate on the token and automatically adds the +2 to the roll. If you need more help on this, you can always join the foundry discord and ask questions. Otherwise, this is my configuration (that is, for melee attacks).

Macro for Eyes of Night?
Use Dfreds convenient FX, create a new custom condition (base it of something else that is already giving dark vision such as the darkvision spell), you can choose not to show the icon status on the token and you can also set the effect to whatever epiry condition you whant like 24h or a long rest for example. And presto ! you can you new active effect to you macro bar and use it as a toggle for that condition :)

Is there a way to use the Onednd rules for exhaustion?
First read up on how to create custom effects on the module’s home page: https://github.com/DFreds/dfreds-convenient-effects/wiki/User-Guide In order to apply things via CE, you need to use Dynamic Active Effects(DAE). You can learn how those work and how to find the values you want to modify by watching a video like this one: https://youtu.be/7gPLp7su4gc
