Package for visual hints on edit motions?
is anyone aware of a plugin with functionality similar to this one in Emacs/evil: evil-goggles? Essentially the package provides a brief visual highlight of the text being modified/selected/etc on vim motions. It's a small quality of life utility that I find myself missing as a new Emacs expat working in neovim

undo-hl: highlight to-be-deleted text before undo operation happens
Thanks, very useful, I think I will use it. This reminds me of evil-goggles, which highlights an evil-text-object before e.g. deleting it, but for undo. I'm aware of undo-tree, but moved to the more minimalistic undo-fu, which just uses the built-in emacs undo system instead of replacing it. And this package is a nice complement and awesome that it's non-blocking.
