    The thing I do find negative about it is that if you want state management with any depth, you have to keep either wrapping objects in of or making them classes that extend Use0. Imo this is just more cumbersome than it should need to be. For example, I made a package that wraps Preacts Signal primitive with a new primitive called DeepSignal. A deep signal finds every atomic property in your initializing object and makes it an individual Signal. I honestly think you could easily do the same. Here's the source for DeepSignal if you're interested in adopting this pattern.

    It depends on what you're doing. In this little library I made there are actually more lines of TypeScript than JavaScript. The JavaScript took me maybe 20 minutes to write, but the TypeScript took me hours to get right.
