Am I flashing my chip wrong? My BLE service isn't displaying after what looks like a successful upload
I am using the nRF5 BLE Core with a generic nRF52832 chip. From everything that I have read, this core should work with my generic board and I can use the BLEPeripheral library without a problem as well.

How can I program a development board with a debugger and ArduninoIDE?
I just purchased an E104-BT5032A-TB from AliExpress, which is a dev board with the Nordic nRF52832 BLE chip on it. I have only programmed MCUs with the ArdunioIDE and I have found a library that should work with this board. I am waiting on getting an ST Link v2, but I am wondering how to use it to program this board.

How can I maximize battery efficiency?
Very interesting! So just to make sure that I am understanding, I could buy a BLE Nano v2 and install the BLE Nano board into the Arduino IDE with this. Then I could use the BLEPeripheral library to create custom characteristics and services and write my sensor data to them? That sounds too good to be true! I think the real reason I didn't go this route at first was because it seemed to complex and sending AT commands to an HM BLE module seemed easier, but if this works then it will simplify everything!
