  If still nothing changed you can still try a admitedly hail-mary thing by trying out a different version of VE:Framework. You get them here; https://github.com/Vanilla-Expanded/VanillaExpandedFramework/releases - so download the one from 17/01/23 and replace your version with that one. There shouldn't be any other steps necessary - just start the game afterwards and do the same check for if worldgen works ingame and double-check the Player.log.

  Are you sure you downloaded this one? there’s two projects but that’s the new one, also make sure the vfe you got from steam is actually deleted cuz you may be accidentally enabling the old one still. I’m not really sure after that, my expertise ends here sadly.
