Interesting. It was pre-installed on mine when I updated using the registry trick (Lumia 640XL reg on 1020). Updating via Universal Updater should also pre-install Cortana.
Bought a Lumia 1020 but it's running WP8.0. Is it still possible to update it to WP8.1? (WDTR servers are down)
