Error on boot with themes
Yeah nxthemes needs to be updated. You can use the latest dev build nro that's working fine from what I have heard. Here's the link you just have to sign in and download installer build and extract the nro from the zip to your sd card.

Did firmware 13 break theming?
Themes work fine have you got the updated nxthemes it can be found here https://github.com/exelix11/SwitchThemeInjector/releases also if the crash is showing something like error 01000000001000 go into your atmosphere folder and then contents and delete the folder that is 0100000001000
