  So a few things that I did. I switched to the stable version of steamos. I used to be in beta. I then deleted the library.css file. I also uninstalled the vidswap scripts and installed https://github.com/DRok17/Steam-Deck-BootVid-Builder/releases/tag/v1.5 . The last thing that I did which was very stupid of me.... I misspelled the uioverrides folder... I forgot the s at the end. hopefully any combination of these little things I did helps you
