Highest DPS Comparison (answer to another post)
https://github.com/antD97/SDPS - Free to download from here, comes with a READ-ME that explains how to use it. Works in jungle practice on Odin gods. Gives precise information on total damage, DPS, timing, mitigations and so on. For every God, I went into jungle practice, full build level 20, and I was hitting the Odin target that is level 20. I also wanted to get a bit more realistic protection numbers, and test DPS against a target that is too squishy, so I gave +25 protections to the Odin God. This does not make him a tank, he still has only 2150hp level 20 and about 100 physical protections and 75 magical protections, but every God was hitting this same target. The point was to make a comparison between them, rather than determine the absolute DPS values of each God. Measurements performed on patch 9.4, so the absolute value will slightly differ if you try to do the same thing this patch, but the comparison between Gods should still stand, I am pretty sure Artemis is the number 1.

Is there an algorithm/a building guide that isn't just learning by heart all gods' builds? If not, what other resources are there that aren't videos/streams?
There are some builders which allow you to quickly calculate total HP/defenses/item cost/DPS, and you can lookup some limted amount of statitics about which winrate gods have when they had specific items on https://normal.casualsmite.com/gods or https://ranked.casualsmite.com/ . To get a more "proper" read on what your DPS is with various items (as well as per-hit-dmg and such), using SDPS in jungle practice vs odin boots with adjusted defense can be a decent option https://github.com/antD97/SDPS/releases/tag/v2.2 .
