Datapacks for better Sleeping, Harvesting, Lava Sponges
I made a super sponge datapack that can be modified to work on lava (and also set to only do small amounts). Check out https://plagiatus.net/datapacks

drop head player
I can't tell you the exact syntax rn as I'm on a phone, but I've got a Datapack that does this for you on my website. You can also use this to learn how it works, it's literally just a single JSON file.

Naming coordinates

Is there any way to detect scoreboard timer plugin?
Also, there are timer datapacks, you don't need plugins for that, either (I made one too, you can get it on my website: https://plagiatus.net/datapacks/)

Hopper > Scoreboard system?
that is very much possible, and there are multiple ways to do it. I've done something like that in my item challenge datapack which you can download and check out how it works. Basically it's checking whether a hopper has a specific item in its first slot, whether that item is already stored in a list / as a tag and then grants points if it isn't yet.

How do you add /homes or /warps in 1.18.1 realms
You'd need to find a Datapack that allows you to do those things with your limitations. I have made a homes Datapack in the past, but it doesn't require any cost and doesn't have a limit on the amount of homes you can set. But you can use it as a basis for your own system. As a Java player are there any modifications I can make to a realm hosted through minecraft such as plug-ins or mods
However, in vanilla you can still use datapacks that an range from small tweaks to massive changes. I recommend looking at PMC's Datapack section, vanillatweaks and my own shamelessly plugged datapacks. However keep some things in mind when browsing:

Make realm interesting- technical features? Java
Namely some crafting tweaks from https://vanillatweaks.net, the bee block info i made myself (https://plagiatus.net/datapacks), a "everything is renewable" pack my gf made (https://etex99.github.io/datapacks) and a small pack that allows me to put players, that aren't supposed to play on my survival world, but can stay invited for other reasons, into a spectator box.
