Which version of FF9 are all the mods for?
If you want to keep up with updates and stuff the modders are working on, here is their github https://github.com/Albeoris/Memoria. You can click on the Releases on the right side to get the patcher and there are instructions, but they recently made Lani, Fratley, and Kuja playable (with some bugs since its new)) and the tantalus troupe is also separate (Blank, Marcus, & Cinna) with the ability to Trance.

Damage Formulas and Achievements for Alternate Fantasy Mod
The source codes of the mod, regarding damage formulas and battle mechanics, are located in 2 places: in the folder "Source v5.2/Battle" when you download the mod, and as part of the Memoria Engine changes (whose source code can be found on github, eg. the class SBattleCalculator; Alternate Fantasy enables the blocks "CustomBattleFlagsMeaning == 1", compared to the non-modded game).
